The NBA was registered and established in Beijing in 2008.

The company's business scope includes organizing sports and cultural exchange activities, sports market promotion, and sports project planning, among other activities. 

We have undertaken the project for the NBA flagship store in Beijing, with a total area of 1500 square meters.

The difficulties in the store decoration construction are both time constraints and space limitations. 

The measures we have taken include producing most of the products as semi-finished goods in the factory, which reduces the workload on-site.

After the construction began, we made efficient use of working hours.

 The daytime crew handled tasks that produced noise, while the nighttime crew focused on assembly work. 

This approach not only improved work efficiency but also avoided disturbing the surrounding residents.

There are various ways to display signage, which can differ depending on the store. 

Based on their shape, signs can be divided into flat signs and box signs.

The installation methods can be roughly categorized into four types: adhesive, protruding, hanging, and upright. Among these, the latter three types all extend out from the building structure, making them more noticeable to customers and providing stronger identification and inducement.

A Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) is a method of progressively dividing project work and deliverables into smaller, more manageable components. 

The difficulty in project management lies in organizing the interconnected tasks. 

We use a systematic approach to organize these tasks and then unfold them in a linear and orderly manner, ensuring the project proceeds smoothly and efficiently, leading to successful and timely delivery.
